The Byron Seniors Club offers a welcoming and inclusive program for local seniors to connect, engage and thrive. This free membership club is designed to foster a sense of belonging while promoting physical, emotional and social wellbeing through diverse activities and events. By joining the Byron Seniors Clubs gain access to activities and events that cater to your interests and promote a healthy, active lifestyle, while keeping you informed, inspired and connected.
Members enjoy regular activities such as Drumming and Digital Skills, created to support wellbeing, creativity and friendship. Bookings are essential. Members are also invited to special events, social gatherings and workshops, with opportunities to celebrate, learn and share together. Plus, enjoy exclusive discounts on select Byron Theatre performances, staying connected to local arts and culture.


Elder Beats Drumming is a free, relaxed djembe drumming session for seniors, designed to boost wellbeing, energy and connection through rhythm. Open to all abilities, these welcoming sessions support mood, reduce stress and build social connection.
