Impact Story

One woman visited the clinic after avoiding healthcare for several years while living in unstable housing. During her appointment she spoke with the nurse about ongoing health concerns and received support and referrals for further care. With help from the clinic, she was able to reconnect with ongoing medical support and begin addressing health issues that had gone untreated.
