This workshop revolves around movements inspired by the show Harmony Amidst Destruction.
The session will focus on safe and accessible movement practices suitable for all levels. Participants will learn dance steps in standing positions as well as explore floor-based movements and threading techniques.
The movements tasught are carefully designed and tested through years of teaching experience, ensuring they are enjoyable and safe for everyone. From children (6–7 years old) to adults up to 50 and beyond.
Each session reflects our long journey of exploration, teaching, and developing creative movement that connects people of all ages through dance.
