Festival of the Stone Returns to Support Fletcher Street Cottage

Live bands, local DJs and a limited release brew combine for a celebration with real community impact.

Festival of the Stone Returns to Support Fletcher Street Cottage

One of Byron Bay's most loved winter traditions is back, with Festival of the Stone returning to Stone & Wood Brewery on Saturday 20 June for an evening of live music, community connection and fundraising in support of Fletcher Street Cottage.

Now in its 12th year, Festival of the Stone has become a fixture on the local calendar, bringing together music lovers from across the region and beyond to celebrate great music, great beer and the spirit of community.

This year's lineup features Pacific Avenue, Ruby Fields, Dear Seattle, Eliza & The Delusionals, Liquid Zoo and newly announced local favourites Drover. Festival goers can also enjoy sets on the Brew Deck from some of the Northern Rivers' favourite DJs, including Rossco, Cashew, DJ Reiflex and Dale Stephen of Nudge Nudge Wink Wink.

Beyond the music, Festival of the Stone continues to make a meaningful contribution to the local community through its support of Fletcher Street Cottage.

Operated by Byron Community Centre, Fletcher Street Cottage provides support, information, referral and advocacy services to people experiencing housing insecurity, domestic violence and financial stress across Byron Shire.

The festival also marks the annual tapping of Stone & Wood's limited release Stone Beer, a rich winter brew crafted using heated stones in homage to traditional brewing methods, creating a unique festival experience that celebrates both craftsmanship and community.

Whether you're coming for the music, the beer or simply to be part of a great local tradition, Festival of the Stone offers an opportunity to enjoy a memorable night while helping support people in our community who need it most.

Festival of the Stone takes place on Saturday 20 June 2026 at Stone & Wood Brewery, Centennial Circuit, Byron Bay.

Tickets are available now, with free entry for children under 12.

Fletcher Street Cottage is proudly operated by Byron Community Centre, helping people across Byron Shire access support, information and advocacy when they need it most.
