Yoga for Peace and Calm is a gentle, trauma sensitive yoga practice created for women seeking a safe and nurturing space to move, breathe and reconnect.

Held weekly from 1:30 to 2:30 pm, sessions will commence on either Tuesday 31 March or Tuesday 7 April, with the final start date to be confirmed.

Each class is guided by Susy, a qualified yoga therapist, and begins with a short introduction to the session’s focus. Gentle movement, simple awareness practices and relaxation techniques are then offered to help rest and reset the nervous system. The emphasis is on building safety in body and mind. Every movement is an invitation, not an expectation, and rest is always welcome. Participants are free to move, lie down, listen and breathe in whatever way feels supportive.

Suitable for all levels. No prior yoga experience required.
