This gentle and flowing Tai Chi course is based on a programdeveloped by Dr Paul Lam for people with arthritis, but is suitable for anyonelooking to improve their strength, flexibility and balance.
Over ten weeks, participants will learn 28 linked movementsthat support core body strength and ease of movement. The class is ideal forseniors who may not have exercised in some time, as well as anyone wanting toenhance mobility and wellbeing.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes, and bring awater bottle. No experience required.
