Join us for a rejuvenating Chair Yoga course in Byron Bay, held every Friday from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Community Cabin on Carlyle Street. This 10-week course runs from July 26 to October 3, 2024, aligning with the school term, and is designed to enhance your flexibility, balance, and strength while providing numerous health benefits.

Chair Yoga incorporates meditation, relaxation, and breath work, making it a comprehensive wellness practice suitable for all levels. After each class, enjoy a free morning tea and connect with fellow participants.
